Emily is a breath of fresh air. She does everything necessary but also goes way beyond the call of duty. In these trying times of the Pandemic, it was difficult to obtain the necessary information to move into the 55+ age community where we purchased our home. Emily was constantly communicating with the HOA office personnel which was closed to all residents. Even after closing, Emily answered many questions we needed to be answered to move in.
