About Sesha Derival

I’ve always had a natural drive to make things happen. Growing up in a business oriented family, I was surrounded by entrepreneurship, hard work, and the mindset that if you see an opportunity, you create something from it. That mentality stuck with me early on. Even throughout school, I found ways to turn ideas into businesses and make something out of what I had.

At the same time, I’m very family oriented, compassionate, and naturally empathetic. I genuinely care about people, and I believe that carries into the way I approach real estate. I understand that buying, selling, renting, or investing isn’t just a business transaction. It can be a major moment in someone’s life.

Real estate gives me the opportunity to bring both sides of who I am together. The hustler who is determined to get things done and the person who genuinely cares about the people I’m doing it for. My goal is to build real relationships, understand each client’s needs, and work hard to help turn their goals into reality.
